Anja - certified Breathwork Facilitator and Breath Coach

Good to have you here

Hi, I'm Anja - an enthusiastic ocean-lover, lifelong learner, and curious foodie with a taste for adventure. I'm a certified Intesoma® Breathwork Facilitator, Breath Coach, and Yoga Teacher with over 700 hours of training.

My approach combines science-based breath techniques and Pranayama (yogic breath practice) with somatic tools to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and deeper body awareness.

My interest in breathwork began when my father, living with a chronic lung condition, experienced noticeable benefits from simple breathing practices - a turning point that led me to explore the breath in all its dimensions, from freediving to functional breathing and transformative breathwork. Later these tools would support me through my own chronic pain experience, helping me to stay connected with and listen to my body, even in the toughest stretches.

I offer 1:1 Breath Coaching and small-group Breathwork Sessions built on one belief: no single technique fits every nervous system. I meet you where you are, at your own pace, with curiosity and self-compassion.

In the space between stimulus and response lies your freedom to choose.
