Transformative Breathwork
Ever wondered if your body is holding onto stress, and how to let it go?
Transformative Breathwork sessions offer a space to explore your breath, body, and emotions in a new way - online or in person. Conscious connected breathing shifts your body into a different state, helping you move through stuck tension and allowing sensations and emotions to surface that usually don't get space in daily life.

Why breathwork?
The anger we smile away, the fear we suppress, or the stress we swipe past on social media doesn't just disappear: it stays in the body as tension. That's because your nervous system fires the same alarm - whether you try to ignore the emotion or not. Your heart rate spikes, your muscles tense, your body readies itself to run.
Only you don't run. You sit still, you smile, you keep scrolling, and that activation has nowhere to go. It stays in your body longer than it needs to.
Over time, the tension adds up with possible consequences such as anxiety, chronic pain, sleep problems, or migraines.
This is where breathwork comes in: it gives that activation a way out, a physical and not just mental release.
Give yourself the chance to experience a deep sense of peace and inner calm.
What to expect from a Breathwork Session
After a short introduction, you'll be guided through a breath journey using conscious connected breathing. The experience is supported by music and, in person, gentle bodywork, with time for rest and integration at the end. Sessions are held online or in person in a small, intimate group or 1:1.
These sessions are open to all levels, no previous experience needed. I respect your boundaries and only guide you as far as feels safe and right for you. It's not about forcing anything that isn't there, but about giving your body space and time to complete what it's been holding onto.
I know that not every breathing technique is suitable for every nervous system, that's why I offer you options that suit you and your body, whether online or in person.
Most asked questions
I offer online and offline as well as 1:1 and small group sessions. Before the session I ask you to fill out a questionnaire to make sure you have no contraindications that would need further medical evaluation.
I begin the session with an introduction about Breathwork, the breathing technique and what to expect. As there are a lot of different Breathwork schools and ways to guide such a session, it will give us time to get to know each other and the opportunity to ask your questions.
I will then guide you through the Breathwork journey which is accompanied by a curated playlist to support you through it. The journey is often experienced like a wave, you start soft and slow, the intensity increases until the peak is reached and then you slowly descend from there, leaving you enough time for integration - and often experiencing a deep sense of peace and calm.
After the session there is a sharing circle for those who want to share the experience with the group, need some support or have questions.
The sessions can be held in English or (Swiss) German.
Through transformative breathing you can...
- let go of tension in the body
- release accumulated stress and build stress resilience
- experience inner calm, peace, and lightness
- allow, feel, and integrate suppressed emotions
- regulate your nervous system: return to a state of balance after activation
- experience expanded states of consciousness that can give you a new perspective on your challenges, questions, or patterns
- shift from the head into the body
Each session is different and unique, and meets you exactly where you are right now. Can you let go of trying to understand and control what happens, and instead relax into the moment and be open to what shows up?
